Century Catering & Event Planning produces large and small events that are catered to assisting you or your organization. Whether in the comfort of your own home, the convenience of your office or venue, our off-premise catering services can accommodate your special occasion. Catering Styles & Menus

Tray-passed Appetizer Reception

Waiters carry tray presentations of eight to twelve bite-sized hors d’oeuvres that will be served to your guests during this time. Guests will also be offered wines (or customized signature beverage) waiters. Bar Service can range from beer, wine and soft beverages to various options of full bar service.
Minimum 50 guests $18 – $25 per person

Cocktail Reception

Guests are served a selection of passed appetizers and selections of displayed appetizers and food stations. Just as our passed appetizers reception, a cocktail reception will also employ the use of standing cocktail tables and it is suggested that bistro style seating also be incorporated.
Minimum 50 guests $18 – $35 per person

Seated Dinner

A seated dinner is a designed to provide our guests with a restaurant environment and experience. Generally, a seated dinner will begin with one hour of cocktails and appetizers after which, guests will be seated in a customized dining room. All options for bar service are available for seated dinners. This can be provided by the venue or caterer.
$35 – $75 per person

Buffet Dinner

All food items are setup and displayed on aesthetically pleasing food station(s) were the guests will help themselves. Beverage service is as above.
Buffet setup $50 – $150 depending on how elaborate.
