Founder Chris Lachance began with a single restaurant, Century Grill in 1999, as a local company supporting local companies. Through the years the company has grown, it has bought and it has sold, and today this dynamic, growing restaurant group encompasses 7 unique concepts with more than 400 employees. Being local and supporting local is not something to boast about, it’s just the right thing to do, and that’s how they’ve always done it.
