Not satisfied with just providing Edmontonians with a great dining opportunity, the team at LUX set about ‘raising the bar’ as well, offering patrons a finer place to sip & socialize. The rich tones, soft fabrics, stunning millwork and feature waterfall wall make BAR94 a definite destination for the business traveler and Edmonton’s social fabric. In addition to housing a New York style long bar, guests can enjoy the full steakhouse menu and wash it down with an extensive list of premium select alcohols, wines by the glass, martinis, classic cocktails and craft beers.
In order to ensure that quality continues we elect to dry age our beef. Dry aging of beef is an art that requires extensive training and knowledge. The process is time consuming and expensive, requiring extra effort, storage and most importantly, high-quality beef. Our dry aging process begins with the finest premium choice loins, hung in a climate and humidity controlled room. The beef is aged for 28 days. During dry aging, up to 20% of the original weight of the loin is lost as the juices are absorbed into the meat, enhancing the flavor and tenderizing the steaks.

The Vintage Room
Ideal for your next meeting, social gathering, or audio visual presentation, the Vintage Room seats up to 30 people comfortably and can also accommodate up to 50 people for stand up receptions. We also offer semi-private seating for groups of 18 or more in our restaurant. Set menus are preferred for groups of 15 or more to not only suit your budget but also to help our kitchen in its ability to execute flawlessly.

The Vintage room is equipped with a wall-mounted HD TV equipped with HDMI & VGA cables, perfect for presentations and watching the big game. If required, we will be happy to order any additional audio visual equipment. Rental charges can simply be applied to your final bill.
Room rental and minimum spends are subject to availability. We require a valid credit card to secure your reservation at the time of booking and ask for at least 14 days advance notice of cancellation or your deposit may be forfeited at the discretion of the management.
